Get vouched by people who worked with you
Request a structured reference from a former employer, supervisor, foreman, or trainer. They answer directly and can’t be edited by you afterward — that’s what makes it worth something.

Employers search by trade, location, availability, and verified skills, ranked by trust score, rating, and experience — not just who applied first.
A reference that can't be faked by the person it's about.
A worker requests a vouch; the platform emails a secure, one-time link to the voucher. They answer structured questions on skill, reliability, communication, safety awareness, and more — then sign it. Once approved, it's public and locked. The worker never gets a chance to edit it, and vouches from a verified company email carry extra weight.
