Three steps to a reputation employers can check

Skills, certificates, training and work history, structured so employers can filter on it.

Ask a former employer, supervisor, foreman or trainer for a structured rating. You can’t edit it afterwards, which is what makes it worth something.

A rating can't be written or edited by the person it's about.

What we do, and what we don't

We do not verify identities, licences or permits.

Tagagawa is a marketplace, not an employer or an agency. A profile shows what the worker entered, plus ratings signed by people they have worked with. Any work you agree is between you and the other party. Full details in the Terms of Service and on the About page.
