1. Who we are

Tagagawa is operated by Cambridge Engineering Solutions, Unit 1015, 10th Floor, Parkway Corporate Center, Corporate Avenue corner Parkway Place, Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Philippines.

By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Notice.

2. What Tagagawa is, and what it is not

Tagagawa is a place where workers and employers find each other. We host profiles and job posts, rank matches, and carry the messages and records that go with them.

We are not an employer, a recruitment agency, or a party to any work you agree. Any engagement is between the worker and the employer directly. We do not set wages, supervise work, or guarantee that either side will do what they promised.

We do not currently verify identities, licences, permits or the right to work. A profile on Tagagawa is what its owner typed in, plus whatever ratings and reviews other members have given it. Treat it as a starting point, not proof. Satisfy yourself about anyone you deal with before money or keys change hands.

We do not handle payments. Wages are arranged and paid between you directly. We never ask for a fee to be paid to a worker, an employer, or to us, in order to get a job or hire someone.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 to use Tagagawa.

• Give accurate information about yourself, your skills and your business.
• One account per person or business. Do not create accounts to evade a suspension.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what your account does.
• Do not impersonate anyone, or claim qualifications you do not hold.

4. What is not allowed

• Asking a worker for payment in exchange for a job, in any form.
• Posting work that is unsafe, illegal, or misdescribed.
• Harassing, threatening or discriminating against anyone.
• Writing or arranging reviews or ratings that did not come from real work.
• Scraping, bulk-collecting or reselling profiles or job data.
• Using the platform to advertise something other than work.

If you see any of this, use the Report link on the profile or job post. Reports go to our team, and the person reported is not told who reported them.

5. Reviews and ratings

Reviews come from employers after work is marked completed, and each engagement can be reviewed once. Ratings come from other members who know your work. Both are the opinions of the people who wrote them, not statements by us.

A review or rating that is dishonest, bought, or arranged between accounts may be removed and may lead to suspension.

6. Suspension and removal

We may suspend or close an account, or take down a job post, where we believe these terms have been broken or where someone is being put at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why.

You can close your own account at any time from your account settings. Closing it removes your personal details from the platform; records of work you did, and reviews and ratings you gave to other people, remain so that their history stays intact.

7. Availability and liability

Tagagawa is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free.

To the extent Philippine law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from any engagement you enter through the platform, from the conduct of any user, or from reliance on information a user provided. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we will raise the version number above and ask you to agree again rather than treat your earlier agreement as covering wording you never saw.

9. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
